Working with a small team of analysts, you will support the effective implementation of website analytics, and the delivery of successful and effective CRO campaigns for a range of high profile clients. You will be able to gather and analyse data in order to develop recommendations to help clients grow their businesses through ongoing optimisation.
Working as part of our insights team you will also be responsible for incremental improvements to our client reporting platform, and will be proficient across a wide range of platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
Conversion rate optimisation will be a key part of your role, and along with our design team, your role is to ensure our clients provide their customers with improved online experiences. Through data gathering from a range of qualitative and quantitative sources, we highlight key areas of opportunity for improvement and make recommendations which form an ongoing optimisation strategy.
Leading the delivery of effective CRO strategies
Organise and analyse data gathering, analytics, heat mapping, session recordings and user research
Develop robust recommendations
Prioritise recommendations based on data insights
Develop test hypotheses into split tests, define success measures

An in-depth knowledge of data analytics and the principles of CRO is essential in this role, as well as:
Physics, Maths, Psychology or close alternative degree
At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or similar role
Experience of analysing data to spot trends
Understanding of core UX principles and AB testing methodologies
Experience of conducting and working with qualitative research methods and quantitative data
Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skills
Good verbal & written communication skills
